I went to Mattress 1 ONE to get a new mattress, and box

Customer Question

I went to Mattress 1 ONE to get a new mattress, and box springs..Little did I know that I was about to be scammed...The salesman knew I was not paying attention to contract/papers.
needless to say, I was scammed for 2813.46.
When it was delivered, was an electric platform, which I cannot get up on.(am 72 , feeble) and when I tried to speak to them, they told me that I was out of luck. All of the people I tried to speak to, either could not speak English, or didn't speak English, WERE FROM Jordan!
cannot believe we are done like this by a foreign group.
I would like some of my money back, and all of the stuff they brought here removed.
Wish the office of Attorney General would shut them down around this area. There are
many stores around Houston , surrounding towns...
I charged this on Discover Card, and before I could stop the charge, had gone thru.
Help me please!

Hello

This is Samuel and I will discuss this and provide you information in this regard.

Please tell me

1 - Is this is Texas?

2 - Have you contacted the Attorney General's office?

3 - The mattress and box spring that was delivered is not what you bought?

4 - What is the total value you are trying to recover?
