Do I have any recourse to get my money back from fraudulent

Customer Question

Do I have any recourse to get my money back from fraudulent credit activities on my debit card which is past the 60 days period to file a claim? Apparently this has been going on for 4 months and the bank said they are only obligated to go back 60 days

Hello and welcome! My name is ***** ***** I will try my level best to help with your situation or get you to someone who can.

.

Do you have any idea who has made the unauthorized debits to your card?

.

Have you filed a police report based on the fraudulent activity?

.

Does the card issuer have a written policy that they will only dispute charges 60 days or less after they occur?

.

.

thanks
