We booked a cruise to Australia. When I booked the cruise, I ordered cruise insurance. Ordered cruise with Holland America on phone. Day before cruise husband was seriously ill and could not travel. Holland America won't make good. We have no proof of insurance because when we didn't show up they deleted everything. I have no proof.

when you ordered the insurance, did you receive a confirmation letter? e-mail? did you pay by credit card and get proof by card debit showing the insurance added payment over the cover price?
