My name is***** of XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and I am hearing-impaired senior citizen. My hearing wife, Barbara, was the one who recently contacted Comcast agent about our promotion for our new TV-Internet-Phone package. After this agent had set-up our Comcast program, I had tried to connect our phone line into back of our modem, but nothing happened -- no dial or no phone line, either.
