Hello! I made a loan thru american web loan for $1000 on 12/08/14. To this date i've paid $3490 and I still have a $810 balance. Is this legal?

Hello there -Can you tell me what state you are located in (some states have laws against this and others do not)..........Also, can you tell me how much the APR interest rate is in your paperwork ? It should be in the paperwork (either online or hardcopies) that you signed when you got the loan -- there should be a section that speaks about the interest rate for the loan. THANK YOU MARY
