you have a few choices
you may demand your deposit back and to cancel the contract
you may also demand they fix or replace the stone
You may threaten to turn them over to a lawyer, the BBB and civil court
They should not want to face a complaining widow in any of those venues
and management will typically reconsider when pressed with such threats and measures
Be sure to have photos to confirm the condition of the stone
