When was it signed?
did the seller mislead you and is there a cancellation clause in the contract?
It was signed around 7pm last night. I was misled on the payment and didn't realize until after since they rushed me through the process.
You may cancel on those grounds
You need to alert the dealer right away
and do it in writing so there is a record of your doing so and the basis.
deliver it in hand or by certified mail
if dealer resists, you may suggest turning to the BBB and dept of consumer affairs
