What specifically would you like to know?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Still need info on allocartion of monthly service charges between network service and cost of the phone. How is this figured, and/or is there a history of this issue and what should I know about it?

Expert:  Infolawyer replied 3 years ago.
Is it in the enrollment agreement or otherwise has company responded to written request? Have you thought of filing a consumer inquiry and complaint with the department of consumer affairs?
Customer: replied 3 years ago.

This is not my question. The allocation issue IS my question, and it is not referenced anywhere in the contract of service. There must be law or other sources, Can you advise?

Expert:  Infolawyer replied 3 years ago.
This is typically covered in the contract. Will open the question to colleagues who may have other input for you.

Hello,

I’m Wendy, and I’m moderator for this topic. It seems the professional has left this conversation. This happens occasionally, and it's usually because the professional thinks that someone else might be a better match for your question. I've been working hard to find a new professional to assist you right away, but sometimes finding the right professional can take a little longer than expected.

I was checking to see if you had already found your answer or if you still needing assistance from another one of the professionals?
