Saudi Arabia regulation not allowed any car older that 5 years to get into the country and i have no time to ship the RV and the shipper wasted my time .please advice me what to do .Fahad XXXXXXXXXXX-XXX-XXXX
Optional Information: State/Country relating to question: Massachusetts Already Tried: just contacted Uship compony and the told me they will contact the shipper to ship that Rv or retune the money back . the shipper not answering his phone .
If the shipper is not answering his phone, your next step before getting a lawyer is sending a letter to the company with a copy to the shipper if you have his address and in the letter you need to specify the facts and that you are demanding your refund and return of the RV and that their conduct is a "violation of MA Gen. Law Section 93A as an unfair and deceptive business practice and that this is their official notice required under section 93A." Tell them that if they fail to comply and rectify the situation, you will sue under 93A and you will seek up to triple damages plus attorney's fees. The next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office consumer protection unit against USHIP and the shipper. Finally, if these methods do not work, you would have a right to sue them in MA since they are openly doing business in MA and you would be able to seek your triple damages plus your attorney's fees for their conduct.
