I bought a new car and traded in my truck. The dealership has not paid off my truck and the deal was done over 2 months ago. I have bad credit and Now I think they are having a hard time getting me approved. What should i do?

You can file a consumer fraud complaint with the AZ attorney general (click here). The only way to enforce your contract on your own is to file a law suit against the dealer. Unless your damages (vehicle value) are less than $5,000, where you can bring an action in small claims court, it may not be worth it to sue. In the event that the dealer comes back and tells you that it can't find you financing, then your recourse is to make payments to the dealer as if it were the lender, and if the dealer repos the vehicle, then you would have to hire a lawyer and sue for damages (assuming that the attorney general doesn't go after your money for you).
