If a creditor sues you in NC and gets a default judgement and you were never served but several years have gone by is there any recourse?

Hello and thank you for the question. I am sorry to read of this dilemma. You can file a motion to vacate it. Basis lack of notice. Courts often grant the motion even after a long passage of time as prefer to have case decided on merits.
