I have a credit card debt (really a credit - for they have used my STRAWMAN to create a fictitious debt) with a credit card company under 2700 dollars. If a file a UCC-1 financing statement, would then that make me the creditor and owe no money to them? If not, what's the best way to deal with them, for I have no money to pay them back.
Country relating to Question: United States
State (if USA): Hawaii
