I just received a call from Mary XXXXX XXXXX with the Awards Distribution Dept. in Washington, DC (XXX-XXX-XXXX) stating I won $350,000 from "American Sweepstakes Network" in Las Vegas, NV (XXX-XXX-XXXX). She said I would need to send 1% of prize, $1290 + $120 delivery fee viaWestern Union. I declined offer when I saw fraud postings re: this company. Also, I thought lotteries were illegal in Nevada. Is this true?
