Who did what? What happened? The short answer is yes, but what are your damages?

I HAD SOMEONE GO TO THE BANK WITH A DEPOSIT FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT THAT THIS PERSON ALWAYS USES TO MAKE THE DEPOSIT. HAD NO PREVIOUS HISTORY TO ANY OTHER ACCOUNTS THROUGH THIS BANK. THEY TOLD THIS PERSON THAT I HAD ANOTHER JOINT ACCOUNT WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND WITHOUT I.D. VERIFICATION ASKED IF HE WAS THE PERSON ON THE ACCOUNT.ASKED HIM BY THE JOINT HOLDERS FIRST NAME WHICH OBVIOUSLY HE WASNT THE SAME PERSON. THE TELLER PUT THE DEPOSIT INTO THAT ACCOUNT AND THEN HAD TO TAKE THE MONEY OUT OF THE WRONG ACCOUNT AND PLACE IT IN THE ACCOUNT THST THE DEPOSIT WAS SUPPOSE TO GO INTO.

Well, its not very professional, but I don't think you have a case. Even if this were completely impropper, what are your damages? To recover you would have to show that this cost you money or some other compensable damage. Just letting the cat out of the bag about the second account is not going to get you to a recovery.

Sorry. I wish I had a different answer for you.
