Hello! Let's see if we can work together and come to a satisfactory conclusion!

One of the swing cylinders has internal leak, and does not hold boom steady. Run test one the swing cylinders, by turning boom to either side full travel, figure out which hose on one of the cylinders is pressure in that direction, and remove the opposite hose on the cylinder. Then pressure up the swing in same direction as before and look for oil to flow from open cylinder, if it comes out open hole, cylinder has internal leakage, if it comes out the hose that was removed, the opposite cylinder is the bad one.
