Hello! Let's see if we can work together and come to a satisfactory conclusion!

What engine? If you loosen one injection high pressure line at a time, at the injector nozzles on the head, does smoke continue, or can you isolate it to one cylinder? Can be one bad injector nozzle.

Has the air filter been replaced?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
We haven't changed the air filter but it looks fine and has been blown out.
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 month ago.

Try loosing each injection line to see if it is coming from a single cylinder.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Should we bleed the entire system down and restart. Could air in the system be causing this?
Expert:  Curtis B. replied 1 month ago.

No, just test each injector line.

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
We are going to check each injector and will let you know.
