Check you fuel shut off solenoid to see if it is working.

Expert:  Bradley Martin replied 8 months ago.

The shut off solenoid is on the injector pump you should here it click when you turn the key on and the fuel filter should be close to the injector pump might have a little hand pump on top of it

Is this the fuel shutoff?
Expert:  Bradley Martin replied 8 months ago.

Yes where the blue spade terminals are check to make sure that is working you can check it with some jumper wires by putting ground on one side and positive on the other side to make sure it is working if you can leave the jumper wires and try to see if it will run
