My Ford 6640 SL 1993 has a problem with the clutch. The

My Ford 6640 SL 1993 has a problem with the clutch. The pedal goes down without activating the clutch. There doesn´t seem to be a leak and the reserwoir is full. The mechanical functions at the end of the pedal seems ok. I can pump the pedal 10 times and then the clutch works a few times.
What is the problem here?

I assume you have bleed the clutch slave cylinder and have no air in system? If so, the master cylinder is bypassing, and needs repair or replacement.
