After draining hydraulic fluid to fix a leak my mid 80's

Customer Question

After draining hydraulic fluid to fix a leak my mid 80's Nissan propane for lift does not want to move forward. It will go about a foot or so then the right wheel will spin leaving rubber on the floor. It seems to go in reverse much better but at times will also stop moving. Checked transmission fluid and it reads half way between full and low.
