Hello, I am sorry no one could help you with this earlier. I don't have much experience on the skidders but, have worked on a few of the earlier production models.

A resolver problem should be overcome when you bottom out another function and hold it at stall. This load signal will force the pump output up and the other function should have more power.

Is this the case for your problem?

I believe these control valves have flow control spools in each section. If they stick, flow will be severely limited. The valves work the same as a 416/420 backhoe. If you are familiar with them, you can repair the skidder valve the same way.

Please let me know what testing you have done so far and how I can help you.

I will be glad to research this further if you still need help.
