I have a Deere 4520 (compact). The loader bucket won't tilt

Customer Question

I have a John Deere 4520 (compact). The loader bucket won't tilt forward. It is currently in the up position. The ups and down control work normally. This occurred abruptly while working the loader in normal activity. Machine has approx 200 hrs on it.

The quick connect on the bucket hose has slipped back. Remove both bucket hoses and re-attach.

Do not go by what they look like, remove them and re-attach!

The quick connects have check valves in them, and any slight movement will seat them, and no fluid flows!
