my terramite t5c stopped moving forward. have reverse and all other hydraulics. Whats wrong

If it has reverse, it should have forward. Check the linkage and see if the forward lever is moving at the drive motor!

if the control lever is moving in the pump, then the pump has to be damaged. Lever isn't loose on the shaft?

No sir, shafts that is connected to foot control is working fine

Yes, that single shafts from the foot control controls both forward as well as reverse. And it is moving
