Hello,
I am Leon. I will try to help.
There should be an adjustment screw on the pump to set the idle. Is this a manual engine or electronic. If it is manual there should be a bumper screw on the throttle lever.
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
The screw is tied with wire from the factory can I cut this to adjust this do you feel the Cam is since it fires up with no problem or do you feel I may have to take it apart again or is this all you feel is wrong with it
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Do you think it s just that because it fires up so easily when we first fired it we bleed the injectors then the idle picked up
Expert:  Leon Poston replied 1 year ago.
I would cut the wire (this will void any warranty, but it is already void if you took it apart) and adjust it. I would think that is all it needs. How fast does it idle?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It idles like if the throttle was on high like if you where working it and when you pull the idle to Low no change

So the throttle doesn't do anything? The lever on the pump moves but the engine is always the same rmp?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
It will move but only faster not slower the throttle is against the stop so won't go lower
Expert:  Leon Poston replied 1 year ago.
If you move the stop, does it idle down?
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
If it doesn't what next
Expert:  Leon Poston replied 1 year ago.
Let's see if that works. I don't think you should have to take it back apart.

Ok will try It over the weekend and let you know

Ok thanks for the update!

throttle does not touch lever so can't turn it down now what do you suggest
Expert:  Leon Poston replied 1 year ago.
Did you take the throttle lever off at the pump at any point? Is it possible that it was replaced a tooth off? Also maybe unhook linkage and see if it will idle down. Let me know what you find.
