Hello,I would check the loader valve for loose relief valve and the linkage for damage or wear that would prevent the lever moving the spool the full travel in and out.I have seen many with the pivots worn so much the lever could not move the spool. Also find some with the leveling linkage binding the tilt function.

If these items are working correctly, the next thing to do is replace the resolver seals on all the resolver check valves on the loader valve. Each valve has two check valve to control the load signal back to the pump. If these are leaking from a failed seal, the load signal will not tell the pump to make flow. Generally the secondary resolvers are the problem. You can access all of these through the holes in the right frame behind the right rear wheel. The are removed with a small allen wrench and contain a loose check ball. Use a magnet when you remove them to prevent losing the ball. Replace the seal and use a dab of white grease to hold the ball on the seal to re-install it.Simple job and can be done in a day easily. Minor amount of oil will be lost and you must make sure the loader is flat on the ground so the valve will not have any internal pressure.
