koboma :

Is this a 585 forklift? Has 580 tractor as base for forklift? Not 580 b, c, d?

koboma :

The 580 has to have the front gear cover removed, shows to have water hose on bottom of it, this cover is removed, the bolt is removed fron the pump drive gear. The the injection pump mounting nuts and washers are removed and the pump is then in hand.

koboma :

The pump shaft is keyed , so timing is not a problem. Just be sure the drive gear stays in place.

koboma :

??

koboma :

Why is pump being removed?

Customer :

Sorry that was a Case International Tractor 585 which has an injection pump that we need to remove to have rebuilt

koboma :

Ok, let me look at it.

koboma :

Shows 1981 to 1985, and 1986 to 1990??

koboma :

I have never seen one like this. Let me opt out , maybe someone else can help. Sorry.

Customer :

thanks anyway

Customer :

I don't think that I should rate this as it was not clear to your expert what I needed help with. Thanks anyway and I do not expect to be charged

Hi

Thanks for your follow up but I don't think that this questions fits into your specialists expertise as it is a farm equipment question. Thanks anyway and I assume that there will be no charge.
