Hi Seton I will help you with you problem sorry about the wait time they have been having a lot of issues around here.
To start with on your oil pressure sender how many wires go to it?
next it is common to have a oil pressure fault when the engine won't start,it will not keep it from starting though I think you have another issue.
Lets start from scratch engine turns over but will not fire correct?
What Cat engine do you have modal # XXXXX XXXXX I should need?
Does it have glow plugs?
Have you removed fuel filter if not remove fuel filter and see if it is full or empty let me know the results?

Hi
The engine is a cat is a 116.9 kw c4.4. Argt. No(NNN) NNN-NNNNEPA family 7pkxl04.4nj1.
It does have glow plugs but are not normally needed.
It appears to have two oil sensors one in the side of the block with one wire and one comeing out of the
Oil filter housing with a plug and at least two wires coming out .
I must admit the fuel has crossed my mind as I did a 200 km trip on a very rough gravel road and it haven't started since.
Before the road trip it would start but only if I wriggled the plug going into the ssam unit hence putting on the new unit
But did not make any difference.
I'll check filters today.

Hi
I ended up getting it going
You were right it was the fuel
The suction line out of the fuel tank had a hole rubbed in it
Also good news the new Ssam box fixed the intermittent
Electrical problem.
I guess I learned that even though I had one problem
I does not mean another won't develop and need to go back to the basics
Just to make sure.
I guess because im in Australia it's night down here when it is day in the good old USA
What are you like with hydraulics

Pretty good I was trained through Ramon fork lifts and achieved the highest test score in the final exam I got 93% and the next closest was 88% so I know hydraulics.
Also please rate my help I gave you so I get paid and leave positive feedback it does not cost you any more Thanks spankyspankyjr141082.9791022801
