Hello and welcome to Just Answer! I would be more than happy to assist you today. You need to change the turbo (or at least isolate it from the system and recheck) when a turbo fails it pressurizes the crankcase and allows oil to be pushed out of the breather and some times seals.

hi we have isolated the tubo charger and it hasn't made any difference oil is still blowing from the oil filler and breather price very fast do you have any other ideas

Hi the other expert opted out so I will help you. Rings are the most common but the valve guides are also a issue.when you changed your rings the problem probably got worse instead of better because you increased your compresion but did not fix the head and that is were your problem is most likely to be.
So you will have to pull head and get it rebuilt.
Next as far as the rings there are different cuts or angles on them I would need to see them to tell you witch way they go but normally they have a dot on them and that faces up.
