Customer Question

I have a ford golden jubilee, when raising the lift arm lever, the lift arms raise very smoothly, when you stop raising the lever the lift arms stops and then lower out go down several inches, stop and raise back to the first original stopping place very fast and violently and does this over and over until you lower or raise the lift lever again. Can someone tell me what is the cause of this or what valve needs to be adjusted or what else may be the problem.
