JA: What exactly are you having trouble accessing?
Customer: I think it's windows
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the version of Windows?
Customer: HP pavilion , I'm not sure of the Widows...I'm thinking it's 8 because it has been asking me to upgrade to 10 i aplogise fir being so computer illiterate
