Hello and thank you for your question. I look forward to assisting you today. Is it your web cam that is not working, and if so, is it built in or one you added on?

Okay. Go to this LINK and install the driver. Let me know what happens please.

Customer: replied 11 days ago.
Am wondering if I just need to update the driver. It asked where to down load the driver and I just clicked on This PC, is that what I should have done
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
It is still downloading, so is This PC where I should have indicated for it to go.
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
I paused it because I decided that was not where to save the down load, so please tell me where to put it. In the Downloads folder?
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
after I paused it I loaded it in the Downloads folder, is that right???
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
Ok it has downloaded the Driver and it is in my downlooads folder, now what? It said I had to manually install it.
Customer: replied 11 days ago.

Expert:  Dan replied 11 days ago.

Just click on it and run it.

Customer: replied 11 days ago.
Ok will do
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
Dan, when I tried to run it. It said a copy of Flash was already installed. E6410A16 was on the Download.
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
Is this the right one?
Customer: replied 11 days ago.
I ran
Dell's Product detect and this was what it said I needed.
Expert:  Dan replied 11 days ago.

If it said you needed something different then go ahead and download it. They often change hardware so that is not uncommon.

Customer: replied 11 days ago.
No when I tried to download the download they sent me it said I had to upgrade to IO 7 and then said the BIOs was not compatible with my system.
Expert:  Dan replied 11 days ago.

You got that message from the link I sent?

Customer: replied 11 days ago.
Where did you send me a link? Have not seen a link.
