change m password ***** apparently the original one was not accepted. Every time I followed YOUR instructions to reset I got a message to sign in. When I did, I got a message that something was wrong and to got to help. What's the problem, I need to be able solve this problem before a trip to Boston. PLEASE HELP!!

I am not sure. I believe I finally did, but I am not sure how to tell. When I open up Uber, the screen asking where to comes up. It appears I could request a driver but I am reluctant to try since I really have no where to go now. The new password ***** to that extent. I still do not know why I had the trouble. By the way, I thought I had one free question. Is there not a customer service phone number I can use? Trying to get issues resolved on line is cumbersome.
