I am operating on Windows 10 and can't access the Windows Icon or when I right click on the bottom bar I can't access the settings.

Thank you, ***** ***** the issue now. This usually happens because of corrupted Windows components (most often because of malware). May I remotely connect to your computer, so that I can resolve the problem for you while you can relax and watch me doing it on your screen? If I am not able to help, you can get a refund and it is a very safe option too because we are an A+ accredited business with the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, you will be watching your screen, and we will chat there as well so that you will always know what I will be doing next while fixing the problem.

This problem happened before I installed Malware so I don't think that is the problem. I have tried running the sfc /scannow and that doesn't work either.

Yes, I know, it is a corrupted app-store actually, the taskbar components need to be reinstalled / corrupted registry entries need to be fixed. This will take me about 1 hour. With a guarantee that it will work again afterward or you can get a refund. Would you be up for that?
