suddenly says NO LINE; nothing changed on our end; when calling the MJ number the normal notice is hear and it takes a message and send to my email. Years ago the magic jack device failed and we mailed it somewhere and got the current MJ; PHIL BALDWIN

Customer: NO
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: i HAVE TRIED REBOOTING THE mj DEVICE AS WELL AS THE ROUTER WHICH THE mj IS CONNNECTED; I ALSO REBOOTED THE ROUTER.
