I do not know, seems all right. I have clicked on print and it only prints four ages and stops. Now it won't print.
JA: What's the brand/model/Operating System (OS) of your computer?
Customer: HP Notebook Intel Core 13,
JA: When did you purchase your HP? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I s fairly new. Purchased it in November of 2016.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I keep getting a message on a black tab, white writing saying that my e-mail address is outdated. I don't know what they mean ?

I did cancel that printing and then clicked on print again for other printing and it does nothing, no response !
