JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Who do I contact - all phone numbers listed on internet come up with message "your call could not be connected"
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I have uninstalled Norton as I have Telstra package with internet, which includes virus protection. This was done 4 months ago.
