I am trying to give you a valid credit card to renew my subscription, with no luck. Do I really have to change to a monthly billing instead of yearly?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: I have a HP, but Smilebox is what I am trying to renew!
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: The updates all are automatically updated!
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Just that Smilebox will NOT let me into change my credit card. It will let me make and view a card however.

All of Smilebox subscription options are automatically renewing subscriptions. If you would like to avoid renewing your subscription automatically, you can schedule your account to cancel at http://my.smilebox.com. To update you credit card information please follow the steps below :

  1. Go to http://my.smilebox.com

  2. Click on the My Account link in the Smilebox program

  3. Under Membership you will see the option to Change Membership or Billing

  4. On the next screen, you will be able to:
  • Switch between annual and monthly (non-PayPal members only)
  • Update your credit card information
  • Cancel your membership

Click Update Credit Card Info and follow the onscreen instructions
