I am so frustrated. I've spent almost 4 hours with a Microsoft tech person in the last week to get my emails from my old laptop to my new laptop, get Office 365 instead of Outlook 2003 and get to my excel and word files. Now I can't do anything on excel or word because it says I have to activate them and it won't let me do it. Help?

Customer: It's a Dell Inspiron 15 5,000 series. My name is***** and I'm running Microsoft Windows 10

Customer: Yes, Microsoft 10, Office 365 and like I said moved my emails from my old Dell laptop to my new one and had help getting into excel and word on the new Windows 10 from Windows 7
