Hi, I am a subscriber to the Smart Help Desk but cannot connect. I want to ask a technician to help with Microsoft Outlook as it is extremely slow and will not permit me to delete items.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: I am running Windows 10 on a Samsung computer. Unsure of the model

Customer: I had a technician from the Smart Help Desk work on this problem last week and he said that he had fixed it but still a problem
