My Toshiba Satellite L55W-C5352 was order from Koga.com on Jan 3 and just receive it today. the serial number is ***** I have the message of No Bootable Device Please restart computer.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your Toshiba? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: I tried Thr Cold Start, F12, BIOS setting, Advnced, System Configuration, Boot Mode, UEFI Boot, save and exit. But the error message show again.

The message you're getting is because the system cannot find the operating system.

Could be a HDD failure or a corrupted operating system.

You can try to load the factory image or try a hard drive diagnostic.

If you're able to reseat disk you can make ot work, but a s it is a new computer you can call the warranty service
