Called the number and connected to a company named TECHKANGAROOS and they told me yes my computer was infected and needed control to correct the problem They took control and now I have two charges on my credit card for over $600 They connected me later and told me that they were refunding some of my money but the refund had to be refunded into my bank account and as such wanted access to by account which I refused to give to them. I told them to credit my card which they said they could not do and as such my bank excepted their side and now I have a large bill to pay as a result of this scam.
