Hello. My name is ***** ***** I will be assisting you today.

what do you mean insert device into the bus?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
I hook up a device to the laptop. For example, a flash drive or a device that allows me to download my photos from my SLR camera to the laptop. They get hooked into the port with the little icon that looks like a multi-wire connector.
Expert:  Cody replied 5 months ago.

so you can't access a flash drive that is plugged in?

Customer: replied 5 months ago.
frequently. Sometimes I can and sometimes I can't. The one device I really have problems with is my camera chip converter. t accepts my camera chip and then it connects to the laptop so I can download my photos. I had not problems opening it when I hooked it up to my old Dell.
