Not my computer but my Garmin fitbit. I can't get it to recharge
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Garmin vivosmart HR
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I don't think so. I have to admit I am IT chasllenged! Inhad trouble recharging this before but finally accomplished it.l No I tried again and am getting nowhere. I plugged it intoi my computer for 5 hrs with no results. When I push the button on it, the screen says
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: When i push the button the screen says Garmin and then goes blank.

Hi there and welcome

Can you please disconnect the power cable from the fitbit then hold the power button down for 60 seconds then release.

Then connect the charger, wait 10 minutes then try to turn it on
