I continuously get the on screen that my Microosoft account is out of date. I don't understand now what is my Microsoft account and where do I find it.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact model of your computer? And what operating system are you running?
Customer: Sony Vaio SVS151E. running windows 10.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: I may have installed update to Windows. can't remember. Been Ill for last couple of months and also moved to new state and residence.
