Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.
Microsoft doesn't do business that way. That's 100% a scam what you are seeing on your screen.
Please don't call that number and instead tell me what version of Windows you have and I can help you with this?
Right-click on the start menu button (the icon in the very lower left corner that looks like a 4-pane window)
and select Run.
The Run box will open.
In the text area type: rstrui.exe and click OK.
System Restore will open.
click Next and put a checkmark in the Show more Restore Points box if you see it.
Select the latest restore date before this occurred and click Next, then Finish.
Continue through the warning about interrupting the process and run the restore.
This will undo and remove the support screen that's popping up.
