I have windows 10 and I am being told by the support group

Customer Question

I have windows 10 and I am being told by the support group for a program that I have that I need to go into the startup menu and type services misc How do I do this?
JA: What kind of computer do you have?
Customer: Dell desk top
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: The computer installs updates autoamatically. I just added a years service for a program that I have had for years "Fit it Utilities" and part of the reinstallation is to go into the windows startup menu like I mentions to activate a program
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Once I am in the start menu and I type services misc then I find Vcom Cloud Agent and right click on that then refresh my browser

Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

Right-click on the start menu button (the icon in the very lower left corner that looks like a 4-pane window)

and select Run.

The Run box will open.

In the text area type: services.msc and click OK.

Scroll through the alphabetized list and locate Vcom Cloud Agent.

What does Fix It want you to do after you locate the service?
