Customer Question

I opened several related Word doc. files, then highlighted/copied the others and plugged them all into the main one and deleted the copied ones. Now the main one won't save, save as, nothing. I even copied it and tried to save it into a new doc., but it won't save under "Documents," in OS:C, nor on Desktop. No error message boxes come up to state the problem. I have plenty of space on the hard drive. Why won't these Word docs. save?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? And what version of Word are you using?
Customer: Dell, 2010, Windows 10, Word 2010
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: They're automatic; that's all we know.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not that we're aware of. Thank you.
