Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.
From the tablet home screen go into Settings>>Wi-fi.
With the wi-fi ON, hold your finger down on your network name until a menu pops
up and select Forget. The tablet will re-detect the network. Tap the network name
and you will be prompted to enter your wireless password.
Enter the password ***** connect.
Let me know the result please.
Thank you. Is the computer you're using to talk to me connected to the same wi-fi
you're trying to get the tablet connected to?
OK. Can you tell me which version of Windows is on the computer. If you're not sure, on your keyboard, hold
down the Windows logo key (just to the left of the spacebar) and press R.
The Run box will open.
In the text area type: winver and click OK.
A window will open telling you your version of Windows.
Thank you. Here are the steps to recover your wireless password ***** Windows 10
Right-click on the start menu button and open Network Connections.Right-click on the wi-fi icon (the one with the green bars)and select StatusClick the Wireless Properties box.Click the Security tab at the top.Click Show Characters such that a checkmarkappears in the box. What you see to the right of Network Security Key is your wireless password. It is case sensitive and must be entered exactly as you see it on your screen.
Thanks. Is the computer you're using connected to your router with a network cable?
I understood that the computer was working by wireless.
Please take a look at your new Shaw modem. On the label look for WiFi Key
The label should also have an item called SSID. The SSID is the name of your wireless network.
If you got a new modem the name of your wireless network (SSID)
may no longer be what it was before.
Does the modem label have a Wi-Fi Key displayed?
That would be it. Do this: Leave this page up and unplug power from the modem for 60 seconds.
After one minute, plug the modem back in and allow it 2 minutes to start back up.
In the meantime restart the tablet.
This page will become active again once the modem re-establishes its internet connection.
If the tablet is telling you the password ***** ***** then there's something wrong with the modem.
Do you see a reset button on the modem?
In your emails from JustANswer in the body of the email is an orange box that says View Response or View ANswer.
Clicking that will return you to this page.
