I had to uninstall Kaspersky Anti-Virus in order to restore my computer back just 5 days. Restoration was successful. Now I would like to reinstall Kaspersky to protect my computer. At the same time I was curious to know what version of windows I am running. I was thinking it was windows 10 but have seen references to windows 8. I am not a computer geek. Can you help me?
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: Bought it in April 2014.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: The computer has at times used automatic updates which were done before computer shut-downs.
