Can't get pass the Windows XP logo to begin work in my program. Don't want to turn PC off, think it's on the verge of dying.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your computer? What version of Windows are you running?
Customer: Still XP, unsure about version.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, this is at my church, and I don't think that's been done. We pretty much only use it for one purpose.

Hello,

Press and hold the Power button on the computer for 6 to 10 seconds so it goes completely off, then wait 2 seconds and power it back on.
