Gateway computer, windows 7. crashed "logging out"
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: That's all I know unfortunately. It's a gateway computer running windows 7.0. I attempted to close down and log off completely and the system jammed on the "logging off" screen.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: No, I try and avoid them. I play games on the one I'm on now, an Asus, the Gateway computer if for communication.
JA: Anything else you want the computer expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No ma'am.
